We were able to explore the local area easily thanks to the great location. we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing view from our room. the service was friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. the comfortable bathroom and cozy rooms made us feel at home. the breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of vegetarian and vegan options available.
It was a shame that the staff were not entirely helpful when we had an issue with one of our belongings.

The hotel had a great location, it was really close to some must-see spots in town, making it a great choice for tourists. , the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a really comfortable stay. One more thing we enjoyed was the friendly staff who were always willing to help with anything we needed during our stay.
We had a bad experience when we left a vape in the room after checking out. When we returned to the hotel to retrieve it, the staff denied having found it, even though we were sure it had been left on the bed.

The hotel had a great location, close to the main city attractions, which was very convenient during my business trip. the room was also quite spacious and the bed was comfortable which made my stay quite enjoyable.
My husband's vape was left behind in the room when we checked out and despite our assurance that it was left behind on the bed, the staff denied finding it. This experience was quite disappointing for us and made us question the honesty of the hotel staff.

We loved the location of the hotel - it was very convenient for exploring the city. We were able to walk to many nearby attractions and restaurants. Additionally, we appreciated the transportation options available, as it was easy to get around with taxis and public transportation. The staff was very friendly and always helpful, giving us great advice on where to go and how to get there.
For us, it was ideal.

I loved the location in Kasri. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were great - especially the pool and spa. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The views from the room were stunning. a wonderful stay.
Everything was fantastic.
